The Project Fierce Academy
Mentorship-based women's fitness & wellness education for personal trainers.
Learn how to understand the female body, adapt training to the individual, recognize important patterns, and coach women with confidence.
Covering female physiology, cycle-aware coaching, hormonal health, life stages, pattern recognition, coaching communication, and real-world application.
More than a certification — a way of thinking
Most fitness education teaches general principles, rigid programming, or surface-level information about training women in general — but not what to actually do with the woman in front of you.
The Project Fierce Academy exists to close that gap.
It isn't a content library you work through alone, and it isn't a weekend certification that you’ll forget.
It's a mentorship-based system, built from over a decade of hands-on, 1:1 coaching experience, designed to teach trainers how to think, decide and communicate when working with real women — not just memorize information about them.
Trainers come in technically capable, but uncertain the moment a client says "my hormones are off" or "my cycle is affecting my training." They guess, reach for generic programming and hope it works or just push through
. The Academy is built to change that — so trainers leave able to recognize patterns, adjust with clarity and know exactly what to do when something doesn't look "textbook," without needing to become a medical expert to get there.
Coach the individual in front of you
A lot of fitness courses hand trainers a script — a progressive training template, a hormone-based rule, a specific way to do things. The Academy teaches something harder to copy: how to read the client in front of you, recognize what's actually happening and adapt in real time.
The female body is contextual, not predictable — training decisions should be too.
Physiology is part of the picture, not the whole offering. Alongside it, trainers learn the side of coaching most certifications and courses skip — how to talk about cycles and symptoms without awkwardness, how to build real trust, and how to stay clearly within scope: noticing and adapting, never diagnosing or trying to fix.
The result isn't "I learned some information about women." It's "this is how I coach women" — a distinct, confident coaching identity, not another badge in a bio, with information from courses you speed read or listened to on 2x speed just to get through the content.
Right now, the Academy is a 1:1 mentorship
The Academy is still in it’s early stages — and we're opening it slowly, one trainer at a time, before running it as small group cohorts.
Right now, that means a 6-month 1:1 mentorship track: the full Academy curriculum, alongside four 1:1 mentorship calls with Amy and the Project Fierce team over the course of the six months — more direct, one-on-one time than you'd get once this moves to a group format.
It's six months rather than a shorter course because there's genuinely a lot of ground to cover — depth matters more here than speed.
Where the Academy is headed
As the Academy grows, it'll move into small group cohorts of 5–10 trainers — monthly group mentorship calls, community discussion, and two 1:1 sessions built in.
If you enquire now, you'll be first to know when that shifts and founding trainers get first access.
This might be for you if:
You want more confidence coaching women through hormones, cycles, and life stages — without fear-based messaging or guesswork.
You've felt that gap between what your certification taught you and what actually shows up with real female clients.
You want to specialize in coaching women well, and you learn best through mentorship and real discussion — not another passive course.
Best suited to trainers already coaching real clients — the mentorship leans on real coaching situations, so it's most useful once you have some to bring to it.
Led by Amy, founder of Project Fierce
Over 13 years of hands-on, 1:1 coaching experience with women — including building her own training approach around her personal experience with endometriosis — sits behind everything taught in the Academy.
This isn't theory; it's what's actually worked, session after session, with real women, with real clients.
