Our personal training in Fort Collins follows a structured, project-based approach that helps women build strength progressively while learning how to train in alignment with their body.
Each project is planned specifically for you, builds on the previous one so you develop real strength, confidence and consistency over time.

Every session is designed to help you build strength, while learning how to train in alignment with your body.

1-1 training and form guidance so you can move safely and effectively
Structured strength training based on the Project Fierce Method
Education built into sessions so you understand why you’re doing and why
Adjustments for energy, your cycle phases, hormones, or life stages (including support for exercise with endometriosis, pregnancy, postpartum, ivf, peri/menopause)
Hybrid support so you stay consistent between sessions
Our goal isn’t just to help you work out - it’s to help you build strength, confidence and a training approach you can sustain long term. Combine training with our nutrition and wellness coaching for additional support.

No way! We will always begin your personal training exactly where you need to be to start. Sessions are planned personally to you, whatever your current level so you can build strength safely and confidently.

Most clients train once or twice per week in person, while following additional guidance between sessions with our online training support.

Yes! We see lots of women who train with us while managing endometriosis, hormone fluctuations, or other life-stage changes. Sessions are always adapted depending on how your body feels. See our endometriosis fitness and nutrition & wellness pages, for more areas of support.

After your introduction sessions, your trainer will recommend the next phase of training with our full program options, based on your goals and progress.

In-person training is based in Fort Collins but we also offer online personal training for women anywhere. Our nutrition sessions are also always virtual.
