 FAQ — Online Personal Training

  • Online personal training gives you customized workouts, trainer feedback, and ongoing support from anywhere. Each program is cycle-aware, body aware and designed for women’s fitness, including endometriosis-friendly specific needs.

  • You’ll have weekly check-ins, monthy catch up calls via video, instant messaging. Your trainer provides feedback on form, progress, and adjustments on every workout (written or with video feedback) so you stay supported from start to finish.

  • No—workouts can be customized for home or gym. Many exercises use bodyweight, resistance bands, or minimal equipment, and we provide alternatives based on what you have. If you’re training from home we ask for some basics to begin with such as dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands.

  • Yes! Our training is created personally for you, so your workouts can include an endometriosis-friendly focus and are designed to respect energy levels during flare-ups. We also have so many other tools specifically for our endo warriors!

  • Everything is designed specifically for you, so we can also plan how long your sessions need to be based on your needs. Main strength session workouts are typically 45-60 minutes, depending on your program and goals, with smaller sessions typically 30-40 minutes. Each session is efficient, effective, and scalable to your current fitness level.

  • Most clients start with 2–3 online sessions per week during the 2-week trial. After that, we create a custom schedule based on your goals, availability, and lifestyle.

  • Yes! You can add a 60-minute Nutrition Wellness session to your online training trial for comprehensive guidance on hormone health, energy, and overall wellness. Click here to apply!

  • After your trial, you can transition to the full ‘Find Your Fierce’ online program, (you’ll learn all about this during your 2-week introduction) which includes ongoing personalized workouts, accountability, and support for strength, confidence, and long-term results.

  • Absolutely! Programs are fully customized for all fitness levels, with trainer guidance and modifications to ensure safety and comfort. Whether you’re a brand new beginner or have previous experience, this is the for you!

  • No problem! Workouts are flexible, endometriosis-aware, and adjustable for your current energy or pain levels—so you can stay consistent without overdoing it. This also includes adjustments needs for travel, sickness or just aligning to what your body needs right now.
