Our online coaching follows the same structured project-based approach that we use with in-person, that helps women build strength progressively while learning how to train in alignment with their body.

Nope! Workouts can be designed around the equipment you have available, whether that’s a home setup, a local gym or minimal equipment. We do recommend having a small variety of options at home.
