If you’re already in our introduction 2-Week Online Training or an 2 In-Person personal training program, you can upgrade to include one 60-minute Nutrition Wellness session. This helps connect your training and nutrition for even better results. -
Lacey is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in women’s health, hormone health, cycle-supportive nutrition, gut health, stress management, and energy balance. She helps women build sustainable habits, improve their relationship with food, and feel more confident in how they fuel their bodies.

Lacey is licensed to provide full Registered Dietitian services (including services such as blood work) in states CO, UT, AZ, CA, OR, TX, MN, IL, IN, VA, PA, NC, FL. If you need a more medical-based or therapeutic approach (interpreting lab results, providing clinical diagnoses, or reviewing or ordering blood work), you can book a 1:1 medical nutrition coaching package available to clients in these states.

After completing the bundle, you’ll have the option to continue your journey with our Fueled Foundations (3 months / 6 sessions) or Fueled & Fierce (6 months / 12 sessions) programs for deeper, ongoing support. Your plan will be tailored to your long-term goals and progress.

For the bundle, you’ll have your first 60-minute session and then a 45-minute accountability follow-up about 2–4 weeks later.
For long-term programs, sessions are usually every 2–3 weeks, depending on your goals, support needs, and schedule. -
No — all nutrition coaching sessions can be done virtually from anywhere. You’ll receive the same personalized guidance and ongoing support online.

These sessions focus on wellness-based nutrition, habit development, hormone balance support, and cycle-synced education — all personalized to your lifestyle and goals.While medical nutrition therapy (such as interpreting lab results, providing clinical diagnoses, or reviewing or ordering blood work) is reserved for clients in Lacey’s licensed states, you’ll still receive expert guidance to help you:
