Why I Started Project Fierce
I'm also an #endowarrior. Living with endometriosis, I know what it feels like to be out of tune with your own body — to not know if what you're doing is actually helping, to push through high-intensity sessions because you think that's the only option, and to feel like no one training you actually understands what your body needs.
I hear a version of this from almost every woman I talk to. They want their bodies back. They want their confidence back. They've tried so many programs, over and over, and they're ready to do it the right way this time — one that actually accounts for hormones, cycles, and conditions like endometriosis instead of ignoring them.
"Women deserve training that works with their bodies — not against them, and not despite them."
That's why Project Fierce exists: to help women feel strong, confident, and fierce by syncing fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle to their actual bodies — not a generic plan built for someone else.
What We Believe
If you're new to the gym
You deserve real instruction, not intimidation. Confidence comes from understanding what you're doing, not guessing.
If you're managing endometriosis
Your training should adapt to your symptoms, not push through them. Amy built this from her own experience, not a textbook.
If you're rebuilding
Strength comes back at your pace, on your terms — no timeline borrowed from anyone else's recovery.
If you're ready for something different
You don't need more discipline. You need a method built around your actual body, not a generic program repeated at everyone.
It's Called the Project Fierce Method for a Reason
Everything above — the belief, the why — became a real, repeatable method: The Project Fierce Method.
It's how every client moves through their program, no matter which coach they work with.
Every Belief Above Is Carried Out by a Real Person
Certified trainers and a Registered Dietitian, all specializing in women's fitness — hormones, life stages, and endometriosis included.
