Our signature coaching system
The Project Fierce Method
A structured, education-first coaching system built for female physiology — where every client moves through intentional phases to progress with strength and confidence.
What the Project Fierce Method Is
The Project Fierce Method is our signature approach to women's fitness and wellness — a structured, education-first coaching system built to help you build strength, confidence, and trust in your body by training in alignment with your physiology and your real life.
Rather than following random workouts or chasing quick fixes, you move through intentional phases that build on one another — developing movement quality, strength, body awareness, and long-term independence. Every phase has a purpose. Every session includes education. Every decision is made with you in mind.
It's not:
A collection of random workouts
An app you follow on your own
A generic fitness program loosely adapted for a woman's body afterward
It is the complete coaching philosophy behind everything we do — combining in-person training, online support, and ongoing education so you stay consistent through every season of life.
The Principles Behind Every Session
This isn't philosophy for its own sake — it shapes every session you'll have with us.
Female Physiology First
Women aren't small men, and your coaching shouldn't be based on a system built for someone else. We start with your physiology — cycles, hormones, life stage — not adapt it in as an afterthought.
Consistency Over Perfection
Nothing about your training is random. Every session fits inside a clear phase, and every phase builds toward the next.
Education Over Exhaustion
You deserve to understand your body, not just get worked hard. We coach with education, not intimidation, so you know what you're doing and why.
Progression With Purpose
Nothing about your training is random. Every session fits inside a clear phase, and every phase builds toward the next.
Your Journey Through the Method
Every client moves through the same five intentional stages — not because we're rigid, but because we believe real progress isn't random.

Setting You Up for Success Before we build your plan, we get to know you — your goals, your history, your body, what's actually been getting in the way. Two sessions, plus a Nutrition & Wellness session available in the Full Experience. See what's included.
-
Foundations of Strength About one month. You'll learn to move well, build consistency, and start understanding how your own body responds to training. This isn't a warm-up phase to rush through — it's where lasting progress actually starts.
-
Elevating Strength & Confidence About two months. With your foundations in place, training gets more technical and more intentional. This is where most clients start lifting weights they never imagined they could — and where cycle- and hormone-aware programming becomes more specific.
-
Embodying Strength & Empowerment About three months. You're no longer just following a plan — you understand it. Training becomes fully individualized to your goals, your physiology, and your life, and you start making informed decisions about your own body with real confidence.

Your Training, Evolving With You BASE, BUILD, and FIERCE make up your first six months. After that, your training keeps evolving — through focused Projects built around your changing goals and season of life, at whichever level of support fits you: regular ongoing coaching, monthly check-ins through Stay Fierce, or fully independent training with our continued programming. The goal was never to keep you dependent on us. It's to make you capable.
Built for real bodies, real cycles, real life
Train With Your Body, Not Against It
Every phase of the Method adapts to you — not the other way around. Whether you're new to strength training and just want to feel confident walking into a gym, want programming that actually accounts for your cycle and hormones, or you're managing endometriosis, the Method starts with where you actually are.
Founder Amy lives with stage 4 endometriosis, and BASE, BUILD, and FIERCE are all built to work with your body on hard days — including through pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause and other life stages — not push through them.
However You Train, the Method Stays the Same
Hybrid delivery isn't a backup plan at Project Fierce — it's part of the Method itself.
Whether you train with us in person in Fort Collins, fully online, or a mix of both, you get the same coaching, the same education, and the same progression through BASE, BUILD, and FIERCE.
The only thing that changes is how it's delivered.
In-Person in Fort Collins
1-on-1 sessions in our Fort Collins studio — also serving Windsor, Loveland, Timnath & surrounding areas.
Online, Anywhere
The full Project Fierce Method, delivered remotely — real coaching, not just an app.
Delivered by Coaches Who Live This WorkIs
Every trainer at Project Fierce is certified in women's fitness — hormones, life stages, and endometriosis included. Founder Amy built the Method around her own experience training with stage 4 endometriosis, and every coach on the team is trained to deliver it the same way, session after session, no matter who you work with.
FAQ — Online Personal Training
-
Yes, in the sense that they build on each other by design — BASE establishes the foundations BUILD depends on, and BUILD establishes what FIERCE depends on. But you move through each at your own pace based on readiness, not a fixed calendar, so "doing all three" looks different for every client.
-
Yes. Cycle-aware programming is one part of a physiology-first approach, not the whole of it. For clients without a regular cycle — due to life stage, hormonal status, or anything else — we build the same awareness of your body's patterns and adapt training around energy, recovery, and how you're actually feeling.
-
BASE, BUILD, and FIERCE together make up your first six months. After that, training continues through Advanced & Seasonal Projects — built around whatever's next for you, at whichever level of ongoing support fits your life.
-
No — the coaching, education, and phase progression stay the same either way. Online training with Project Fierce isn't a stripped-down version of in-person coaching; it's the same Method, delivered remotely.
-
Yes. Every phase is built to adapt to where your body actually is — including through endometriosis, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and perimenopause — rather than asking you to push through a program that wasn't built with those realities in mind.
