With your support team in place, your goals will be mapped out, and your training underway, you’ll be set up for an empowering couple of weeks of strength, confidence, and reconnection.

After the introduction, you’ll have the option to move into our signature Find Your Fierce personal training program, online or our nutrition plans or both! You’ll learn all about this full program during your introduction, so you can decide if continuing is the right fit for you.
