Our 2 In-Person Personal Training Sessions provide you with hands-on, tailored support to kickstart your fitness journey. Here’s what you can expect:
20-30 Minute Discovery Chat: A one-on-one chat during your first session to discuss your goals, fitness history, and what you’re looking to achieve through your sessions.
Two Personal Training Sessions: Customized, face-to-face training sessions with one of our expert trainers, focused on your unique goals, fitness level, and needs. (60 minutes each)
Form Guidance & Technique Support: Real-time coaching to ensure you’re performing exercises safely and effectively, maximizing your results.
Personalized Feedback: After each session, your trainer will provide clear feedback, actionable tips, and adjustments to keep you progressing.
A Supportive Experience: Our trainers ensure your sessions are not only challenging and effective but also enjoyable and motivating!
This is the perfect opportunity to experience personalized training, receive expert guidance, and see what’s possible with focused, in-person support! Session to be scheduled over 2 consecutive weeks or within the same week.🌟

Our Registered Dietitian will work with you to create a realistic nutrition plan based on your goals, lifestyle, and body’s needs. No cookie-cutter diets!

Online personal training provides workouts you can do with the flexibility you need for your schedule from home or wherever you want to workout in the world, still with full support from your trainer as this is a high communication program. In-person sessions allow for hands-on coaching if you are local. You choose what works best for you.

Once you complete the Fresh Start Fitness & Nutrition New Year Package, we’ll discuss the next steps to keep your progress going strong and join our full ‘Find Your Fierce’ program! You’ll have the option to continue with our online training, in-person personal training, or personalized nutrition coaching plans to help you stay on track with your goals. Our team will work with you to create a long-term strategy tailored to your lifestyle and needs!
