I've walked the path of postpartum recovery three times with my own children, so I understand the challenges and triumphs that come with it. Through my personal experiences, I've learned what truly works to rebuild strength and restore confidence in a way that complements your new life as a mom.

Our 6 Week Return To Movement Postpartum Program

Designed specifically for moms like you, this program guides you through a gradual and structured return to fitness. Over the course of six weeks, you'll participate in three workouts per week, each lasting around 30 minutes and requiring minimal equipment. This allows you to exercise from the comfort of your home, making it easy to fit in a workout while your baby is napping!

The program builds on your progress each week, starting with resistance band work and gradually introducing more repetitions or weights. You'll focus on targeted upper body, lower body, and core workouts, as well as our unique ‘Fierce Focus’ tips and education to keep your weeks fun and engaging. We also incorporate LISS days (low-intensity steady state) to keep you active and support your recovery.

Our return to movement program offers you a balanced, empowering approach to regain your strength and confidence, all while adjusting to life as a mom.

What’s Included In Our Program

  • Reeive customized workout plans inside your personal app, designed specifically for your return to movement postpartum. All your workouts have video demos on every exercise, instruction (reps, weight, etc), and personal notes to help you in your session.

  • Receive personalized feedback on your sessions based on the videos of your exercises and notes that you submit on your workout. Feedback comes directly from your trainer as written notes or video where we speak directly to you as if you were right there with us in a 1:1 session!

  • Regular check-ins for accountability, progress tracking, and ongoing support in areas such as mood, stress, sleep, nutrition, and your menstrual cycle.

  • Connect with a supportive community of like-minded women for motivation and growth inside our private messaging.

  • Connect directly with your trainer with private messaging throughout the week if you need support, tips, ideas, or have any questions.

  • Connect with your trainer & other women on this journey with you inside our monthly live training calls, where we cover topics to learn more about connecting to your female body or challenges we’ve seen regularly come up in weekly check-ins, so we can come together to feel fierce.

  • Connect with your trainer 1:1 to discuss your specific journey inside the program, focusing on areas that have been a success, what has been a challenge & personal goals or focuses that will help you feel fierce.

Meet your trainer

Hannah Crenwelge

My first was born in 2018 and to sum it up I was in shock with how my body felt and looked after giving birth. I had very little knowledge and very little support for how to care for myself and my body all while caring for a new baby.

I spent says doing research on how to heal postpartum and what that support could look like. This lead me to become a postpartum doula so that other mothers could have the support I so longed for.

It is such a vulnerable and sometimes scary phase and I knew I wanted to relieve some of that from my friends who would soon be having babies of their own.

Through this I also became a certified personal trainer so that I could help my clients regain strength in their pelvic floor and core as time goes on.

I have always been active and had a passion for fitness so these two ideas went hand in hand. Our bodies are incredible and are so resilient through the pregnancy and childbirth process. We can continue to appreciate the beauty of this postpartum and beyond.

  • We are running the 6 week program as an online program, so that you can do these shorter sessions from the comfort of your own home and have the flexibility to plan them when it suits you. If you would like to learn more about doing this program in person, click here to get in contact and let us know!

  • To begin the program you must have completed your 6 week postpartum check up and be cleared to return to movement. To actually enroll in the program, you can join any time!

  • Absolutely not! Wherever you are in your postpartum journey, whether that’s 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, a year or a few years after having your baby and you want to return to movement safely and effectively, this program is perfect for you!

  • We would LOVE to continue you this journey with you once you complete the 6 week program! There are lots options such as our ‘Find Your Fierce’ in person or online personal training programs!

  • We aim to keep the 6 week program with minimal equipment. You will need short resistance bands, long resistance bands, some weights you feel comfortable with and your beautiful body!

  • Once you enroll, you will receive a welcome email that will take you through your next steps and what to look out for as your trainer sets up your new profile and everything you need to get started! You’ll know exactly what to do and when in your welcome email!

  • Not for this program! We do require a discovery/consultation call before our other in person or online personal training programs but for this one you can enroll and we will get you started right away!
